Registration is NOW OPEN for our
Spring 2021 Recreational Programs!
We are proud to announce that we will be holding our CUSA's Little Legends programs for our younger players ages 2-5 for another spring season!
However, due to the restrictions on sports during the COVID-19 pandemic in Ohio, we will not be able to offer our traditional Recreational Soccer League this spring. Instead, for our soccer players ages 6-14, we will again be holding our Recreational Training Academy to allow players to continue to maintain their skills while having fun and learning how to improve their soccer skills.
During each session, our paid, licensed coaching staff and volunteers will work with players to teach them the skills needed to play soccer using game-like activities designed specifically for their age group. Each session lasts about 60 minutes and is more about fun, fun, fun than anything else. The cost for the Spring 2021 season starts at only $75 per player.
These 8-week programs are designed to help players to improve their individual playing skills by exposing them to the same type of instruction typically provided in more expensive competitive soccer settings. Our professionally trained, licensed coaches will help them to grow as players, all while encouraging a lifelong love of the game in a SAFE, FAIR, AND FUN environment.
During the weekly sessions, those players that show a natural aptitude for soccer will be encouraged to try out for CUSA's Select Soccer programs. For more information on CUSA's Select Soccer programs, click here.
- Players will be issued a training jersey to wear at all sessions and a cloth face covering to use when not actively participating in training as part of their uniform.
- Players will need their own ball to use during practices.
- Optional "Train-at-Home" kit available for $20 that includes a ball, 6 practice cones, and an additional cloth face covering.
- In the event of a field closure due to weather or other conditions, most sessions can be held online using Zoom Video Conferencing.
Specific session times and locations are still TBD, but will be likely held at Forest Field Park in Centerville.
The first sessions start the week of April 5, 2021.
When held at the field, most sessions will include small-sided games towards the end of each session.
